Please note we offer a complimentary assessment to make sure the goals of the group are a good fit for any new student-athlete joining. Great! Here’s what our on boarding process looks like: Step 1: Introduction Let’s get to know one another via a phone call. We will introduce you to our unique methods and philosophies but, more importantly, we want to learn more about your child and you, and the goals you would like to achieve. Step 2: Assessment The purpose of our Triple A assessment is: Assess the athlete’s movement patterns; Adapt - we focus on the athlete’s ability to adjust to changes in the environment, i.e., how the athlete responds to transitions and new or novel activities; and Assimilate - we look at how the athlete processes information (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or demonstration), and we convert those learning experiences into techniques to teach our athletes specific movements, activities, and games. The Triple A method enables our coaches to make programming decisions with precision and purpose that are specific to each athlete. The results provide us with valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure we are meeting short- and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and vitality. Step 3: Meet Your Coach Based on our introductory call and assessment, we will match your athlete with one of our coaches. During the initial stages of “meet your coach” the athlete and coach will begin to develop a rapport and a routine. Throughout each training session coaches will continue to deliver and implement our Triple A methodology and the bond between the athlete and coach will grow and mature.
