Individual sessions are personalized and tailored to benefit athletes regardless of their level. Our coaches work with your child to initially create the best program and then evolve the program as your child develops his/her creative skills. Private sessions allow for a safe and familiar environment while projecting positivity in everything we are doing. Your child will be comfortable, have fun, and develop her/his creative skills as we accomplish new things in each session.
Each Session is 30-45min
Our sessions are designed to benefit the whole body, working both the body and the mind. During each session we enhance the foundations of strength, build endurance, and encourage creativity through each athlete’s imagination. All of these efforts, along with a consistent routine, build confidence, ability and engagement, skills that athletes use beyond their sessions.
10 Sessions $1450
15 Sessions $1850
20 Sessions $2150
*Please be advised that a fee of $25.00 will be added to each training session that takes place outside of Manhattan.

What people are saying
“Coach Mike is dedicated, positive and experienced. He brings his physical fitness expertise along with creative games and terrific, engaging equipment that delivers an awesome session for my sons every time. I can’t stress enough how deep his patience and enthusiasm runs. Your child will finish his training stronger, and more importantly, confident and accomplished. I highly recommend Coach Mike.”
“We heard about Michael and Empowered Sports & Fitness through our son’s Occupational Therapist. She felt that it would help him to improve his gross motor skills and comfort level playing sports. Sports, especially those requiring catching and throwing, have been difficult for him and because of that he was often avoiding them.”
“Our family met Michael through family friends, and he’s been an amazing support and influence to our 21 year old son, Leon, ever since. Leon needed someone to drive and inspire him to push through the obstacles in his life. Michael became not only a trainer to Leon, but a friend. Through two weekly sessions, we noticed Leon to be engaged and willing to participate in physical activity."
