Overview

Our sessions are designed to benefit the whole body, working both the body and the mind. During each session we enhance the foundations of strength, build endurance, and encourage creativity through each athlete’s imagination. All of these efforts, along with a consistent routine, build confidence, ability and engagement, skills that athletes use beyond their sessions.

Fees:

10 Sessions $1450
15 Sessions $1850
20 Sessions $2150

*Please be advised that a fee of $25.00 will be added to each training session that takes place outside of Manhattan.

Note from the owner and head coach:

Another school year has come to a close and that means it's time for ESF summer programs! What makes our programs special is the environment we create. It's both flexible and challenging. We provide campers with as many opportunities as possible to help them explore their interests. And we do this by designing activities that are in sync with the needs and capabilities of the individual and/or the group. Lastly, we provide support when needed - flexibility is key - such that campers will develop friendships and make lasting memories. This summer we have a wonderful curriculum that we are very excited about. Many activities will be planned according to weekly themes such as sports week, animal week, and spirit week just to name a few. And at the end of the summer, we will hold our First Annual ESF Olympics. Campers will have the chance to choose from our main color scheme of blue or gold. It will be a wonderful way to close out the summer.

More About Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are personalized and tailored to benefit the athlete. Our coaches work with each athlete to initially create the best program and then evolve the program as they develop their skills. Private sessions allow for a safe and familiar environment while projecting positivity in everything we are doing. Athletes will be comfortable, have fun, and increase their confidence as we achieve new goals in each session.
