The goal of our 21+ fitness program is to develop competence and confidence through a variety of movements and skills. In this program, the focus is on helping athletes have a better understanding how their bodies function and how to effectively move their bodies to accomplish specific tasks.
This program is customized to meet the physical, adaptive, and cognitive abilities of the individual and the group as a whole. The goal is to help athletes generalize movements learned in a session with daily tasks.
